“Overall the hotel and staff are good. The only thing i strongly reccommend them to work on is the food. Compared to other hotels in the area they are below average. This said, thw rooms were clean and service was good!”

The most amazing thing was the wildlife we could see and hear from the pool, restaurant and our own rooftop terrace. We skipped a trip to the park because the surroundings were so spectacular. Would like to come back very soon!”

“What an amazing experience! Sleeping quarters for 5 people were right but the price was right and space didn’t matter when waking up to zebras, wildebeests and monkeys in your front yard! Food was great, drinks were great, and staff was lovely. I saw some people complaint about hot water but it’s Africa! What do you expect?!! “This is a challenging review to write. The property is lovely and the staff was kind-though limited in their ability to resolve the issues. If you are looking for secluded, beautiful and restful, this could be the place for you. However it is located far from any town and further from many of the sites we chose to visit. “They did not have our booking(pre paid) which is understandable somewhat because they are out in the middle of no where, but there was no attempt on the staffs part to help fix the problem. we ended up leaving 1.5 hours later than we wanted and paid with a Card(got a refund from Hotels.com). the hotel needs to have better service. The refund from hotels.com was easy and service on there side great.”

“I asked them to arrange airport transport for me the first 3 times nothing was done the 4th they said it’s reserved 4 hours later I get a knock on my door if I want to reserve transport it’s more money etc… I wake up at 3 am for transport next day theres no transport arranged mass panic breaks out. It’s not the end of the world I just don’t get how it’s difficult to arrange transport”
