“We had a wonderful stay at Elephant Lodge. The staff were friendly and very attentive, the pool was clean, the food was excellen and the rooms were superb. The most amazing thing was the wildlife we could see and hear from the pool, restaurant and our own rooftop terrace. We skipped a trip to the park because the surroundings were so spectacular. “They did not have our booking(pre paid) which is understandable somewhat because they are out in the middle of no where, but there was no attempt on the staffs part to help fix the problem. we ended up leaving 1.5 hours later than we wanted and paid with a Card(got a refund from Hotels.com). the hotel needs to have better service. The refund from hotels.com was easy and service on there side great.”

“What an amazing experience! Sleeping quarters for 5 people were right but the price was right and space didn’t matter when waking up to zebras, wildebeests and monkeys in your front yard! Food was great, drinks were great, and staff was lovely. I saw some people complaint about hot water but it’s Africa! What do you expect?!! A cold shower was nothing to complain about when all that wildlife is passing through your camp! ”
